Blackberry Season

I love this time of year.  I love that there has been sunshine, and that there is evidence of the sunshine in the form of delicious berries being ripened.   We've had a great time wandering near our neighborhood and picking bowl fulls.

Though, maybe I don't love the thorns so much.

Summer's End

Summer is coming to a close.  We're getting ready for the next chapter of things.  And she's looking so grown up with her new hair cut.

 At some point you gotta let go and let them make a mess and learn a new skill.  She was so thrilled to paint her own nails :)

This lovely lady was such a joy to photograph.  She had no fear of mosquitoes, ducks, or bicyclists.  And one day, she could be teaching your kids.  :)

"W" for Wonderful

This little man is honestly one of the happiest babies I've met.   While he was a bit serious with all the exploring and things to discover in the park, her never complained, and still let us see several of his stellar smiles.

While on vacation in the Great White North I had the chance to do a mini family session.  Mostly it was of a very serious little girl, but we managed to coax a few smiles out of her.
